The ICC Legal Tools Project was started by the ICC Office of the Prosecutor and is co-ordinated by the ICC-wide Legal Tools Advisory Committee. This Committee is chaired by Gilbert Bitti (Senior Legal Adviser in ICC Chambers). As a member of the Committee, Klaus Rackwitz (Senior Administrative Manager in the ICC Office of the Prosecutor) plays a central role in supporting the Legal Tools Project at the Court. The ICC has outsourced the work to update and develop further the collections and databases which constitute the Legal Tools to a number of outsourcing partners.
