Welcome to the web pages of the International Criminal Court’s legal tools project outsourcing partners (LTOP). We are a group of universities and NGOs committed on the basis of formal co-operation agreements to contribute to the maintenance and development of the collections, databases and commentaries of the Legal Tools Project. The ICC has decided to use such outsourcing partnerships to ensure that the Legal Tools services will be updated in a sustainable manner.
